Global Alpha Forum: Alternative Investment Annual Meeting, Sept 16-18, 2008

The 2008 World Hedge Fund Forum (re-named the Global Alpha Forum) brings together leaders from the alternative investment industry, academia and government. In 2007, the inaugural forum attracted several hundred delegates and was covered live by CNBC and Bloomberg Television.

Although set in Greenwich, Connecticut – “the hedge fund capital of the world” – the 2008 Global Alpha Forum is broader in scope than the standard hedge fund conference fare. The audience this year will once again consist of hedge fund managers, investors and advisors to hedge funds and the major thrust of this conference is to bring international money allocators to Greenwich to meet firsthand, the major participants in the U.S. Hedge Fund industry.
